Josh Buffon

Graduate Student

Office Location

CHEM 4124

Specialization

Characterization of size selected transition metal oxide catalysts on TiO2 (110) by temperature programmed desorption (TPD)and scanning tunneling microscopy (STM)

Bio

About: Josh received his Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 2012. His undergrad research with Dr. Eckhardt focused on probing metal oxide based reactions using high pressure and translational shear forces to drive the reaction. Products were primarily analyzed using X-Ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
